Group eyes world record for most cloth diapers changed at once

Several local communities with hundreds of sites around the world will take part in the global effort to set a world record this weekend in more cloth diapers at the same time has never changed.


Great Cloth Diaper Change 2011, says he is trying to raise awareness about how  the "cloth diapers have come a long way in the last 10 years".

For he says, is not environmentally or economically justified to continue sending billions of disposable diapers in landfills each year, if it lasts for hundreds of years to break down ... There is hope that the event organizers eye opener and inspiration and are waiting for new parents to use cloth diapers, more planet-friendly alternative that parents also save significant money.

The Mass diaper changing forecasts of at least 10,000 children across the 400 locations is included.

The effort, recorded with the Guinness World Records, will begin Saturday at noon ET, the whole world,which means that in a world amateur [cloth diapers] CD level will meet and make the change in layer middle of the night,the group says.

The only event contained within the city of Boston will be held at 45 Danforth spontaneous celebrations in Jamaica Plain.
